7. Service Availability

AI Relauncher's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, you will have access to your data for 30 days for export purposes. All payment obligations incurred prior to termination remain due.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
